The name “Quincy” is from John Quincy Adams. And his dad (my grandfather) married Abigail Silk, a second marriage for them both. But Abby’s father. Harold Janvrin played for the 1915 Red Sox! And Abby’s son Dave Silk played hockey on The 1980 Gold Medal Hockey team.
