We hope you all found success in getting creative with your workouts, but we can't wait to get you all back into the gym! We appreciate all of the messages and comments of encouragement during these past few months, and pray everyone has experienced minimal effects from COVID-19. Our staff has been given guidelines and rules to follow to make sure that our gym is as clean, tidy, and compliant as possible. Please read the below to read all information on our new operations based on state requirements.

Respecting CDC guidelines is our top priority to keep our members and our staff safe. We have outlined all rules and regulations for returning to the gym safely!

Based on CDC guidelines, we will allow members to walk-in to the gym without a reservation. In the case that the gym is full, staff may ask members to wait to enter until others leave.

All members are back on their usual memberships. Reservations are only required for group fitness classes.

Our class schedule will be limited to begin to ensure safety for all. One-on-one personal training will be available. Please contact the gym or your trainer to schedule your session.


By attending the gym, you are accepting to comply with all CDC guidelines, including the current current public spaces mandate. You agree that you will not enter the gym if you are experiencing:
         a. Any symptoms of COVID-19 (see Universal Guidelines for list of potential
symptoms) or fever of 100.4 degrees F or higher.
b. Close contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 in the          past 14 days.
c. Traveled in the past 14 days either:
i. Internationally (outside the U.S.),
ii. By cruise ship, or
iii. Domestically (within the U.S.) outside of NH, VT, or ME on public
transportation (e.g., bus, train, plane, etc.).
Person(s) with suspect or confirmed COVID-19 must stay home until symptom-based criteria are met for discontinuation of isolation: 
         a. At least 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared
         b. At least 3 days (72 hours) have passed since recovery (recovery is defined as resolution of fever off any fever reducing medications plus improvement in other symptoms)

We remain committed to providing our members with a clean and safe environment to get healthy, feel strong, and be happy. We understand you may have a lot of questions, so we’ve done our best to answer them below.



Our staff will be cleaning and disinfecting the facility throughout the day, as well as performing a deep-clean/disinfect throughout the day. We will be deep cleaning the gym from top to bottom nightly, as well as on Sundays for our initial reopening.

All members are required to respect social distancing at all times. We ask that members will wear masks at all times that do not interfere with strenuous activity (see public order here). We encourage all members to bring their own water, as the fountain will not be available for use. Water bottles will be available for purchase, though. Each member arriving for their reservation will be required to take a spray bottle with them for their entire workout. They will be required to spray down every item they touch — before and after using the item. Members who do not follow this protocol will respectfully be asked to leave.

No shared equipment will be available (belts, boxing gloves/boxing bag, mats, etc). Group fitness equipment will be set up for personal use only. All equipment must be wiped down before and after use. Machines, such as the hoist machines, will only be available for use where no other members are using machines within 6 feet of them. Every other cardio machine will be unavailable. We encourage members to bring their own stretch mats if necessary.

We encourage all members to wear in-out clothing, to minimize locker room usage. Members may use the showers, but they will be required to inform team members after they have been used so they can be fully sanitized. No personal bags will be allowed to be left within the gym, lockers will be available for storage.



Our opening and closing hours will be as follows:

  • Monday-Thursday from 5am – 8pm,
  • Friday from 5am-7pm,
  • Weekends 7am-2pm

Hours are subject to change at any time

Check-in will only be allowed if you have NOT experienced any of the following symptoms:

  1. Fever
  2. Sore throat
  3. New cough (not related to a previous condition)
  4. New nasal congestion/runny nose
  5. Muscle aches
  6. New loss of smell/taste
  7. Shortness of breath

Key scan will be available at the front desk. Social distancing must be respected while members ahead are checking-in.

We will be only selling drinks in the refrigerator. We will be halting protein shakes for the time being. We ask that you wash your hands before and sanitize after taking a drink from the refrigerator.

To reserve a time slot, please sign into your My iClub Online Account. If you do not already have an account, you can easily register with your membership number. Your membership/agreement number can be found on your initial sign-up email, or your gym contract. Please click “retrieve agreement number” if you cannot find your agreement number. Feel free to contact the gym if you have trouble finding your membership. Once you are in your account, please click on CLASSES. Then, click on your selected time slot (if available), pay the drop-in fee, and you will be enrolled. You will have 4 hours to cancel your time slot reservation. There will be no refunds, but rescheduling can be made if cancelled within the 4 hour window. Reservations can be made up to two-weeks before selected window. Classes will be cancelled if there are less than 3 people registered.
