As a national series BMX racer I love training and pushing the boundaries to perform at my best. Also, I enjoy working on athletic performance and helping athletes to reach their goals. I love working together with my clients to help them reach their goals, with proper technique and attitude in an approach to living a physically active lifestyle. I prepare my clients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve their ambitions.

Paula Garabedian

Certified Personal & Group Fitness Train

Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, LesMills BODYPUMP, Spinning, TRX, CPR Certified, Bachelors of Science from Stonehill College Paula has been active in physical fitness since her youth in Salem, NH. While growing up, her primary activities were dancing and karate. She went on to graduate from Stonehill College with a degree in Marketing. However, after working for a few years in the industry, Paula realized her real passion was fitness. Since then she has worked hard to gain expertise in various aspects of fitness: running, spinning, dance, aerobics, weightlifting, etc. Since making her career change, Paula’s passion for fitness has only increased. She continues to expand her fitness knowledge base, and finds particular satisfaction in helping others achieve their fitness goals by incorporating different methods of training while having fun in the process.

Chris Leon

Bachelors of Arts from St. Lawrence University.

Chris has been active in physical fitness since his youth in Queens, New York. While growing up, Chris played football, basketball and ran track. Chris’ primary sport growing up was football. His work on the field helped him land a scholarship to Lawrence Academy (Groton, MA) which was a spring board to him playing football and graduating from St. Lawrence University (Canton, NY) with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts. Chris then transitioned to the Tech world holding various roles in Operations and Sales. He now has expanded his reach to the fitness industry through Personal Training. Chris also spends his time powerlifting. He currently owns a 1750 total where his best numbers are: Squat 640, Bench 425 and Deadlift 685. Chris is continually expanding his knowledge in strength training with a focus specifically in powerlifting.

Anthony Capozzi

Hello! I am Anthony, I am from Windham, New Hampshire. I attended Rivier University where I was a member of the men's soccer program and majored in Business Management. As a member of the soccer team I had rigorous training programs that I had to do in the off-season and this is where I developed my passion for fitness. About a year after I graduated I decided to get my Personal training Certification through NASM. Now my goal is to encourage people to live a healthier lifestyle.

If you’re trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or maintain weight by incorporating nutrition and diet into their fitness routine, you should meet our nutritionist and trainer, Lanie Jowett.

Lanie Jowett is a nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and group exercise class instructor. She received two degrees in dietetics and exercise science from the University of Rhode Island in 2017. There, she was a member of the University of Rhode Island’s Division I women’s cross country and track and field teams.

She has now had more than a year of experience in the health and fitness field training and nutrition. She brings unique energy to each training session, exercise class, and nutrition session guaranteeing you an enjoyable health and fitness experience.

Prior to her experience at the NCAA Division I level, she was a three-sport athlete at Central Catholic High School. She was a four-year varsity starter for the CCHS soccer, indoor track, and outdoor track teams and was a captain her senior year for each sport.

Lanie’s athletic and fitness background fuels her passion to help each and every individual reach and surpass his or her fitness goals. Lanie is extremely passionate about nutrition and fitness and emphasizes an individualized and specific plan is important for each person.
