CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Cycle:

Our indoor cycling class will take your cardio fitness to a new level. 30 and 45 minute formats available


PLEASE CALL 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS TO RESERVE YOUR BIKE.


Body Pump:
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60 and 45 minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - FAST!!!


Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a class that incorporates strength and cardio segments to give your body a workout that you will not forget. You will be using weight equipment as well as incorporating body weight exercises to make this an intense and fun workout. You will burn tons of calories and we promise you will have fun, wear your zone belt and see!

Kickboxing:
A fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics, we will offer a full body workout that includes moves such as front kicks, round house kicks, jabs and uppercuts (to name a few). By using kickboxing moves and training routines found in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing classes we will give you the intense workout that you are looking for.

This workout is done utilizing a variety of formats, Cardio Kickboxing, Circuit Style and or *Kickboxing utilizing bags*.
*Gloves and wraps are required for this class format, which can be purchased at the front desk.

Cross Training Extreme (XTX):
Cross Training Extreme provides you with a balanced full body workout that integrates high intensity aerobics and resistance training. No workout is ever the same as you are challenged in every aspect of fitness from slow tempo core training to fast paced plyometrics. Classes are very easy to follow and provide a fun workout for all levels whether beginner or advanced. This class is an additional fee. Please see club for details.

Cardio Kickboxing:
A cardio workout inspired by mixed martial arts that includes different combinations of strikes, punches and kicks.
Barre:
This low impact, high energy ballet barre class is a mixture of ballet, Pilates, Yoga, cardio and strength training.

Fusion:
Fusion – A metabolic conditioning class that will push you to your limits with a combination of Cardio intervals interspersed with muscle defining moves. This class offers different types of exercises, such as Cardio Circuits, Core and flexibility, HIIT and then followed by muscle-defining moves.
