WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER

They’ll teach you how to lose weight and keep it off, get flexible, leaner, stronger, and faster in a smart, efficient way. They’ll teach you how your body works and how the proper balance of strength, flexibility, nutrition, and cardiovascular training will help you reach your goals.

They’ll motivate you to look beyond what you think your limits are both physically and mentally. They’ll say things like: Hey, have you ever thought about running a 5k? Biking a century (100 miles)? What about hiking, rock climbing, snowboarding or playing on a soccer or flag football team? They’re all about your GOALS! Before you know it, you’ll be signing up to do a marathon!

Our personal trainers are hand selected by Nic Todesca. His standards are high and he only works with trainers he knows and trusts. These are not your average, cookie-cutter, large chain, weekend-certified trainers—these are highly educated, accomplished leaders in the industry.

All of our trainers have one or more nationally recognized certifications such as: The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), to name a few.

They’re professionals who take their job and you seriously. (Don’t get us wrong: They also like to make your sessions fun while you’re sweating like a bull!)
