ATTENTION NEW MEMBERS: Anyone who is NEW to the Zone or NEW to group classes. This message is for YOU! We will be hosting a Group Fitness Orientation class on Tuesday September 28th at 6 pm. This will be an introductory class on what our aerobics classes are all about. It will include a demo of Body Pump, and Cycling. Again, this is for NEW members only who are looking to try classes but dont want to be the "newbie". Here everyone will be new! So sign up at the front desk today! ANY and all members who are new to classes can sign up for this FREE class. Minimum of 6 people needed to run a demo. Call for spots.
Congratulations to Carol Langlois our 1st ever "Biggset Loser" Winner! Carol lost over 24lbs, 12 inches, and 6% body fat in just 8 weeks!!! Keep up the great work Carol!!! Carol's secret to her success was attending the Zone 5 to 6 times per week, and attending the group fitness classes which she has become VERY fond of. Her two favorites are Body Pump and Boot Camp.
