This months exercise is called the “Turkish Get Up”. Start off on your back with a kettle bell or dumb bell hanging directly over your body. While maintaining the dumbbell lift your body up until you are directly on your feet with the dumb bell still over your head. Then descend in the same sequence in which you came up. This exercise is a total body exercise which focuses on the abs, legs and shoulder. Believe it or not, this is a fine abdominal exercise to spice up your workout.
